Posters

As part of a recruitment drive for volunteer firefighters, posters were created to be displayed around town and shared on social media. Since the fire station isn't selling a product, the focus of these posters is on two key human qualities: heroism, leadership, and service to others.

The first poster, titled "Be A King," emphasizes leadership. It features a firefighter seated on a throne, evoking the image of someone in command at a scene surrounded by fire. The firefighter is portrayed with a calm, steady demeanor—exactly the kind of leadership people admire and trust in high-pressure situations.

The second poster, "We Want You," is inspired by the iconic Uncle Sam posters from World War II, tapping into the same sense of duty and service to the community.

Finally, the third poster, "Be A Hero," showcases a firefighter rescuing a child. This design aims to appeal to people's innate desire to protect and save lives, especially the most vulnerable..

Merchandise

As part of both fundraising and recruitment efforts, merchandise designs were created. These designs were made to be affordable to print and versatile enough to be applied to various items, primarily T-shirts, mugs, and water bottles. The goal is to showcase these items at public events, such as the town's annual state fair, to either sell them or use them as conversation starters to engage people about joining the fire department.
