J's Property Maintenance needed a brochure for marketing.
J's Property Maintenance sought to create a brochure and door hanger as part of a marketing and advertising push. A trifold brochure was chosen to feature a single large image showcasing the landscaping work done around an entire house. This image was placed on the inside as the main "showcase" element, allowing ample room for all the information while maintaining a clean, spacious layout. The traditional division of content by panel was slightly altered, with services organized in a 2x3 column format. This ensured the main image wasn't too large while leaving enough space for related service images.
The door hanger was designed to be simple, due to limited space. It’s primarily used as a follow-up for customers who have already received landscaping services and is placed on the doors of their neighbors, who might notice the work being done.
